Tip of the Week:
💡 The Best Way to Test Breaker Switches
Labeling switches and outlets make it easy to identify the correct breaker when replacements are needed. If moving into a new home or starting from scratch, a simple way to map out circuits without a helper is to use a radio. Plug it into an outlet, turn up the volume, and flip breakers until the music stops. Once the correct circuit is found, continue through the house and ensure your breakers are labeled correctly.
* Warning: To reduce the risk of electric shock or injury, always disconnect all electrical power before beginning any installation, maintenance, or repair work.
